Custom Products

We do not accept any refund's, cancellations or returns after your order has been placed for a custom product.

Damages and Issues

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Air Bubbles

Air bubbles are inevitable with snow globe cups regardless of flow, material, glitter, etc. Air bubbles are not grounds for replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
